The funds are invested into a pool of mortgages and managed by Altmore Mortgage Investment Corporation. This pool will consist of Residential   & Commercial Mortgages. Altmore may also fund Bridge Loans and Builder advance programs. Borrowers obtain mortgages from Altmore Mortgage Investment Corporation. These borrowers may be builders needing short term financing for construction, buyers needing a bridge loan, commercial borrowers with unique needs, and property investors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
PAYMENTS FLOW IN FROM BORROWERS TO Altmore
 
 
Altmore Mortgage Investment Corporationwill generate revenue through interest paid on the mortgages held in the portfolio as well as from fees and penalties on said mortgages.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
DIVIDENDS FLOW OUT TO Altmore SHAREHOLDERS
